About the Role
As a Business Development Manager for AT&T Consulting and Professional Services, you will drive AT&T’s growth by generating and closing new business. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and setting up meetings to present and close Network/Cloud, Voice transformation and Mobility/IOT Consulting and professional services opportunities. You will have the benefit of working with an experienced team to assist with your business development efforts. The ideal candidate is passionate about a technology sales career, possesses business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Directly sell AT&T Consulting and Professional Services with minimal supervision.
- Identify and generate sales to new customers and expand existing revenue within an established account base.
- Demonstrate and apply consultative selling strategies in collaboration with AT&T direct sales teams and other AT&T resources.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies and services that drive customer investment to solve customer challenges.
- Maintain accurate module performance metrics for consistent growth.
- Drive the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing new opportunities.
- Travel and meet with clients at their locations, leverage virtual meetings, phone calls, and written communication.
- Work with seasoned partners and management to provide subject matter expertise and facilitate the sales lifecycle.
- Develop expertise across a wide range of technologies and associated consulting practices to guide customers.
- Develop administrative and reporting skills to manage office performance and meet organizational goals.
- Work closely with AT&T Consulting Practice Leads, Consultants, and Core Sales Account teams to engage new clients and expand existing business engagements.
- Develop, design, and deliver proposals, presentations, and strategic pricing models in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Requirements
- Requires a minimum of 8 years exceeding targets as an individual contributor selling IT services to FED Gov customers.
- Requires a minimum 3 years’ experience selling IT Consulting and professional services.

- $163,600.00 - $245,400.00 USD Annual + commissions
- Total target compensation of $263,600 - $345,400
- $163,600.00 - $262,900.00 + commission $100,000
