About the Role
This role is responsible for delivering people data, reporting, analytics, and insights to support business decision-making. You will also support reward and benefits activities, including benchmarking and annual reward processes, and explore AI to improve HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, Workday reports, and people analytics to provide meaningful insights.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reporting on key HR activities including headcount, talent, succession, performance management, and remuneration.
- Manage headcount forecasting and reporting through Workday Adaptive, monitoring actual versus budgeted headcount.
- Support the production of Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting and other regulatory and management information.
- Support salary and bonus benchmarking activities, reward analysis, and the annual pay and bonus review cycle.
- Assist with reward research, incentive design, and benefits analysis.
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes using AI tools and support the development and adoption of AI capabilities.
- Contribute to HR projects aligned with TMK's people and culture strategy.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proven Power BI expertise, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
- Experience presenting data and recommendations clearly and compellingly to various stakeholders.
- Good understanding of business performance metrics and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- An interest in HR technology and AI, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
