About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for heading estimating for all heavy civil electrical work. They shall leverage strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers; negotiate prices and organize bids for submission. Champion seamless transition to project management team. A strong candidate should exhibit creative problem solving, exceptional time management to meet deadlines, ability to accurately read and understand plans and specs.

Responsibilities

Prepares and maintains comprehensive budgets and schedules for a variety of projects, incorporating allowances for material waste, inclement weather, and shipping delays.
Assists in determining necessary resources for projects based on cost estimates and budgetary constraints.
Assesses existing site conditions including access to services and surface topography.
Reviews Scopes of Work, proposal specifications, drawings, and photographs for compliance with building codes, clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
Participates in preliminary project review meetings to discuss project details and client background.
Provides continuous project estimating and schedule reviews throughout the project.
Fosters effective working relationships with Trades, project consultants, and team members.
