Lead client tax engagements from start to finish, utilizing technical experience to help clients navigate tax compliance requirements, and lead consulting and planning processes. Manage client tax deadlines, filing requirements, and analyze billing/collections. Coach and mentor junior associates, fostering team member growth. This role offers fast professional development and learning in a team-oriented group with limited travel.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant tax experience at a public accounting firm (preferably a Big 4, national, regional, or large local firm) serving business entities and their owners
- Consulting and compliance experience working with multi-state business entities
- Experience in complex partnership allocations
- Experience in real estate industry issues
- Experience in investment fund partnerships
- Experience in business acquisitions and sales
- Experience with FASB ASC 740
- Experience with U.S. Tax aspects of doing business internationally
- CPA certification
- Excellent research skills
- Strong written and verbal communications and people skills
