Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Respond quickly to service requests and keep residents informed.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure smooth community operations.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant properties.
• Stay organized and proactive while supporting multiple sites.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• 1+ year of maintenance experience or equivalent.
