About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, growth-minded Business Analyst to join our Sales Engineering Operations team within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) sector of cybersecurity. This role is process-driven but agile, operating like a rapid prototyping squad to deliver production-grade software demos for sales conversations, live demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs). The role focuses on Business Analysis with a critical emphasis on technical validation, translating sales stories into developer-ready user stories and validating prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Translate Sales Logic into Developer Stories: Partner with sales engineering stakeholders, product teams, and GTM teams to capture early-stage feature ideas and translate them into clear, functional user stories and workflows in Jira.
- Drive Iterative Prototyping Loops: Use storytelling and visual mapping skills to rapidly iterate on mockups and prototypes, bypassing traditional bottlenecks.
- Responsible AI Utilization: Proactively and responsibly utilize company-approved AI tools to maximize delivery speed, accelerate documentation, and generate user flows.
- Execute Last-Mile Human Validation: Handle manual testing of complex IAM features, including real-world, out-of-band verification events.
- Maintain Demo Readiness: Coordinate feedback loops between developers and sales stakeholders to ensure prototypes are functional for live sales demonstrations.
- Maintain awareness of current sales and sales engineering processes, aligning approaches and advocating for improvements.
Requirements
- 2–5 Years of Experience: Foundational experience in a business analysis, tech support, or systems analysis environment.
- Comfortable working independently without constant day-to-day mentoring.
- Strong Technical Storytelling: Ability to structure early-stage business inputs into clear, logical data flows or step-by-step user journeys for developers.
- Device-Savvy Problem Solving: Curiosity for testing application behavior across multiple platforms, mobile devices, and browsers.
- No Coding Required: Practical GenAI experience is required.
- Familiarity with, or exposure to, Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Cyber Security concepts.
- Strong experience with crafting lean, context-driven prompts and leveraging AI as a daily force multiplier.
- Familiarity with sales environments, sales engineering, or customer-facing technology roles.
