About the Role

Havering Council is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated MIS Support Officer to join the LMIS traded services team. This role focuses on delivering support to schools with their MIS systems, combining customer service, data accuracy, problem-solving, and technical curiosity to ensure efficient school operations. You will resolve queries, provide training, build relationships with school staff, and create guidance documentation.

  • Experience with data visualisation tools
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms typically used in education and a teaching environment
