About the Role

The Change Manager will plan and execute structured change management activity across large-scale transformation programmes, helping to embed new ways of working and ensure change lands effectively and sustainably for the people it affects. This role involves working closely with senior change leads, programme teams, and business stakeholders, with evolving breadth across Organisational Design and AI.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the rollout of new digital services through change impact assessment, training needs analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Embedding new ways of working in response to evolving data, technology, and compliance requirements.
  • Helping organisations adopt agile and product-led ways of working through new governance, team practices, and capability building.
  • Delivering business change within large, multi-pillar transformation programmes, working effectively across multiple workstreams.
  • Planning and aligning change activity to programme milestones, releases, and deployment waves.
  • Conducting structured Change Impact Assessments (CIA) across processes, roles, skills, and ways of working.
  • Translating CIA outputs into actionable change interventions, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and targeted engagement actions.
  • Maintaining integrated change plans aligned to programme delivery.
  • Planning and executing knowledge transfer, including structured knowledge management and effective handover into Managed Services.
  • Carrying out stakeholder analysis, identifying impact, readiness, and key risks.
  • Delivering targeted stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Establishing and managing change networks (e.g., change champions, super users) to drive adoption and two-way engagement.
  • Defining and tracking change and adoption metrics to evidence readiness and sustained adoption.
  • Linking change outcomes to measurable benefits, including efficiency, productivity, and improved ways of working.
  • Assessing business processes to identify efficiencies and support benefits realisation.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering business change within large, multi-pillar transformation programmes, working effectively across multiple workstreams.
  • Able to plan and align change activity to programme milestones, releases and deployment waves.
  • Experience conducting structured Change Impact Assessments (CIA) across processes, roles, skills and ways of working.
  • Able to translate CIA outputs into actionable change interventions, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and targeted engagement actions.
  • Skilled in maintaining integrated change plans aligned to programme delivery.
  • Experience planning and executing knowledge transfer, including structured knowledge management and effective handover into Managed Services.
  • Able to carry out stakeholder analysis, identifying impact, readiness and key risks.
  • Skilled in delivering targeted stakeholder engagement strategies.

  • Able to define and track change and adoption metrics to evidence readiness and sustained adoption.
  • Skilled in linking change outcomes to measurable benefits, including efficiency, productivity and improved ways of working.
  • Experience assessing business processes to identify efficiencies and support benefits realisation.
  • Pragmatic and delivery-focused, comfortable operating in complex, ambiguous environments.
  • A collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships across programme and business teams.
  • Takes ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just delivery of change activity.
  • Experience producing high-quality change artefacts, including impact assessments, change plans and adoption reporting.
  • Certified as a practitioner in a recognised change management framework (e.g. ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter, Lean Change Management).
