About the Role

MOODK is a mid-sized, regional firm specializing in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation. We are seeking experienced attorneys to join our casualty litigation team in a flexible, collegial, and collaborative environment.

Requirements

Current and active Bar membership in good standing in PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, DC and/or CT
Prior casualty litigation experience preferred but open to all candidates with relevant skills
Ability to track billable hours strongly preferred

Skills

Superior written and oral communications skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis
Familiarity with Case/File Management systems
