About the Role
Renewal by Andersen of Eastern NY is seeking an outgoing Event Manager to assist in coordinating and overseeing event and trade show participation. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-impact event marketing strategies to generate brand awareness and qualified leads, overseeing all aspects of events including logistics, staffing, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and implement event and trade show booths.
- Provide hands-on leadership, including commuting to events, assisting with booth setup and breakdown, and supervising marketing staff on-site.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop the department.
- Track all sales leads generated by events and trade shows.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Face-to-face marketing/sales experience.
- Experience in management or as a supervisor.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to commute through Capital District.
- A flexible schedule to locally commute and work nights/weekends is a must, depending on company needs and event scheduling.
