About the Role
Support and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, including Salesforce, SugarAI, and Insightly, while serving as a key resource for users across the organization. Responsibilities include system administration, user support, process improvements, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of user and license administration, including user setup and deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- Serve as the first point of contact for CRM support requests by triaging and resolving user issues and escalating complex cases to third-party support partners.
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce and other CRM platforms, including Flows, Fields, Page layouts, Record types, Custom settings, Dashboards, and Reports.
- Support data management, data governance, security, and change management processes, including bulk data imports and exports.
- Collaborate with third-party Salesforce development teams to implement enhancements and business solutions.
- Test system enhancements and bug fixes, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and integration testing, and make adjustments as needed.
- Develop and deliver user training and create supporting documentation and training materials.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, best practices, and emerging capabilities.
- Administer and support ancillary business applications such as PandaDoc, Omnito, Instabot, DocuSign, and other SaaS platforms.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, and access controls across supported systems.
- Triage and resolve user support requests for ancillary applications.
- Validate business requirements and identify system-based solutions for ancillary applications.
- Implement system configuration changes and collaborate with vendors to deliver enhancements and process improvements for ancillary applications.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to projects by coordinating tasks, managing priorities, and helping drive initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (ADM-201) certification required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, CRM Administrator, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience administering Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
- Experience supporting users, managing system configurations, and handling user and license administration.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
- Knowledge of data management, data governance, security administration, and change management processes.
- Experience working with SaaS-based business applications and CRM ecosystems.
