About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist – Order Management to support the day-to-day processing and coordination of customer orders. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate order records, monitoring fulfillment activities, resolving order-related issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment where accuracy and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Process, review, and maintain customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Verify order details, pricing, shipping information, and product availability.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies or delays.
  • Maintain accurate records in internal databases and order management systems.
  • Prepare operational reports and assist with performance tracking.
  • Respond to internal and external order-related inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.
  • Support additional administrative and operational projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in order management, operations, customer support, logistics, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management software is a plus.
