Splendid Farms is seeking a creative and talented Video Editor to transform raw footage into compelling visual narratives that communicate our brand's story, showcase high-quality products, and engage our target audience. This role is crucial for enhancing marketing efforts and strengthening brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, high-quality content for website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Incorporate graphics, visual effects, music, and sound to create engaging and impactful videos.
• Review and refine video content based on feedback from key stakeholders.
• Ensure a logical sequence and smooth flow in all finished projects.
• Manage and organise a library of video assets for current and future use.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends, editing techniques, and software to continuously improve video content.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Video Editor, supported by a strong portfolio of work.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Skills

• Video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
• Motion graphics and visual effects software (Adobe After Effects)
• Understanding of narrative, pacing, colour grading, and composition
