Responsibilities
- Provide confidential, one-to-one virtual coaching sessions on topics including stress management, work-life balance, and resilience.
- Develop personalized well-being plans and strategies to empower employees.
- Organize and facilitate virtual workshops and group sessions on wellness topics.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of coaching interactions.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Occupational Health on wellness initiatives.
- Act as an advocate for mental health and well-being, fostering a supportive company culture.
- Stay current with best practices in coaching and employee support.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in a coaching, counselling, or similar employee support role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust virtually.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- High proficiency with virtual communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
