About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and appointments across multiple time zones.
- Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Organize virtual and in-person team meetings, from preparing agendas to distributing minutes.
- Act as a central point of contact, handling enquiries and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain and organize digital filing systems, databases, and other records.
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables to ensure objectives are met.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or team support capacity.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
- High level of integrity, with an understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion.
- Experience working within a large, multinational corporation is desirable but not essential.
- Collaborative individual who values teamwork and cooperation.
- Capable of working effectively in time-sensitive situations and meeting deadlines.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and keenly interested in learning.
- Skilled at managing changing responsibilities, with an organized approach and a constructive mindset.
