About the Role

Join American Residential Services (ARS), the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. With 7,000+ employees across the U.S. and over 45 years of experience, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for driven, detail-oriented team members to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales appointments and dispatch in-field sales professionals.
• Follow up on leads to fill the sales team's schedule.
• Contact customers before in-home sales presentations to communicate expectations.
• Communicate with in-field sales professionals throughout the day to offer assistance.
• Follow up on customer quotes and communicate any related needs.
• Process completed paperwork, both electronic and manual forms.
• Manage a fast-paced role with heavy phone volume and tight deadlines.
• Meet and exceed expected sales targets.

Requirements

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic computer/data entry skills.
• Experience in a scheduling, dispatch, or coordinator role is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and one weekend per month.
