Ideal candidates hold a PhD in Immunology or Cell Biology and have strong experience with primary human immune cells, flow cytometry, and functional cellular immunology assays.

Responsibilities

  • Isolate and work with primary immune cells from human blood.
  • Perform in-vitro immunological and cellular assays.
  • Conduct multidimensional/multiparameter flow cytometry and analyze immune-cell phenotypes.
  • Apply molecular biology, biochemistry, and cellular immunology techniques to support research programs.
  • Investigate immune-cell pathways related to inflammation and tissue migration.

Requirements

  • PhD or equivalent in Immunology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with primary immune-cell isolation from human blood.
  • Strong experience with cellular and molecular immunology techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with in-vitro immunological assays.
  • Experience with multiparameter/multidimensional flow cytometry.
  • Experience with cell engineering, including protein overexpression or CRISPR-mediated gene knockout.
  • Experience collecting rodent tissues such as colon, spleen, lymph nodes, or bone marrow.
