About the Role

Act-On is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive strategy and execution within the Martech SaaS space. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to impact product strategy, go-to-market, and company success, focusing on a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to guide positioning, packaging, pricing, and the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create a long-term product strategy that meets customer needs and differentiates from competitors.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop enablement training, sales tools, demos, and collaterals.
  • Engage with customers to identify challenges, opportunities, and trends, providing insights to shape solutions and address product gaps.
  • Represent the company with influencers, analysts, and at events, ensuring clear communication of expertise and differentiation.
  • Contribute to thought leadership efforts, supporting industry associations and PR initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience with SaaS and/or marketing software products.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing ("martech") landscape and evolving technologies.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving change and successful projects with measurable results tied to business objectives.
  • Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with detailed execution, manage priorities, and maintain organization.
  • Experience interacting with customers to understand their needs and motivations.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, capable of translating technical details into compelling benefits and sales enablement materials.
  • Ability to remain composed in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a "test and learn" mindset.
