About the Role
Introba is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer for its London office to deliver high-quality building services designs, support project delivery, and ensure client satisfaction and project profitability. This role involves hands-on design work, team collaboration, and representing the company on projects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver mechanical engineering designs and detailed drawings for building services projects.
- Collaborate with team members, instruct technicians, and support staff.
- Prepare reports, tender packages, and present concepts to clients and design professionals.
- Monitor project quality and progress, assisting with budget preparation and cost-effective design solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.
- Maintain professional development and work towards CIBSE chartership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant project experience.
- Technically competent with a team-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Revit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for sustainable, low-energy design.
Skills
- Revit
- IES or similar software preferred
- Environmental assessment methods (BREEAM, WELL, LEED, NABERS) desirable
