About the Role
Guggenheim offers an internship program designed for students and recent graduates interested in Investment Banking, providing experience within a dynamic advisory team. The European office, established in April 2023, presents a unique entrepreneurial opportunity in the Investment Banking industry. Interns contribute as junior analysts on strategic advisory, M&A, and financing transactions, gaining exposure to senior bankers and client representatives.
Responsibilities
- Perform company and industry research to develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Prepare and participate in client presentations and transaction execution.
- Support deal teams in building, maintaining, and using financial models.
- Perform financial and valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, and multiples valuation.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Investment Banking products and services (Debt, Equity, M&A, Restructuring).
- Interact with senior bankers, clients, lawyers, and accountants.
Requirements
- Must be a recent graduate or graduating from university or business school by Summer 2026.
- Top performers willing to work hard in an entrepreneurial banking environment.
- Initiative, creativity, maturity, and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued.
- Genuine interest in the Healthcare sector is a plus.
