About the Role

Guggenheim offers an internship program designed for students and recent graduates interested in Investment Banking, providing experience within a dynamic advisory team. The European office, established in April 2023, presents a unique entrepreneurial opportunity in the Investment Banking industry. Interns contribute as junior analysts on strategic advisory, M&A, and financing transactions, gaining exposure to senior bankers and client representatives.

Responsibilities

Perform company and industry research to develop innovative solutions for clients.
Prepare and participate in client presentations and transaction execution.
Support deal teams in building, maintaining, and using financial models.
Perform financial and valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, and multiples valuation.
Develop an in-depth understanding of Investment Banking products and services (Debt, Equity, M&A, Restructuring).
Interact with senior bankers, clients, lawyers, and accountants.

Requirements

Must be a recent graduate or graduating from university or business school by Summer 2026.
Top performers willing to work hard in an entrepreneurial banking environment.
Initiative, creativity, maturity, and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued.
Genuine interest in the Healthcare sector is a plus.
