About the Role
Union College is seeking a part-time temporary Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach to assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the program, including coaching, recruiting, and administrative duties. The program is a member of NCAA Division III and the Liberty League.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Coach in all phases of the women’s volleyball program (coaching, recruiting and administrative duties).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; or a combination of relevant education, training, certifications, and/or work experience.
- Collegiate playing/coaching experience preferred.
- Ability to recruit within College, NCAA and Liberty League rules.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and computer skills needed.
- Understanding of NCAA rules and regulations.
- Philosophy compatible with a multi-classified liberal arts college with highly selective academic standards.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.
- Finalists for hire will undergo a background check that includes education, employment, and criminal convictions.
