About the Role
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring learning and development solutions that support EDF Talent Development goals, with regular hands-on work in EDF’s Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate has a strong interest in developing people and fostering impactful knowledge sharing. This position manages projects such as leadership development programs, facilitates training sessions, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and facilitates engaging and effective learning sessions using varied delivery methods.
- Manages learning and development programs end-to-end, including design, development, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Administers and optimizes the LMS to build and manage learning courses and programs, maintain content, and generate reporting.
- Utilizes data-driven insights to continuously enhance Talent Development programs by establishing metrics and measurement processes.
- Manages program timelines, budgets, and resources independently, recommending approaches to keep projects on track.
- Collaborates with HRBPs to ensure alignment of TD strategies with local and global needs.
- Manages vendor relationships in coordination with associated programs.
- Implements communication strategies for Talent Development initiatives.
- Supports Onboarding, Performance Management Process, and other Talent Development initiatives.
- Makes informed decisions on routine activities and communicates essential information to supervisors and teams.
- Participates in advancing EDF Organizational Effectiveness and Culture (OEC) Goals.
- Undertakes other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and facilitating enterprise-wide learning, leadership development, or talent management programs.
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience administering and optimizing a Learning Management System (LMS) or Talent Management System.
- Experience managing vendor relationships.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills to all levels of staff required.
- Ability to work effectively across a growing, dynamic organization and among geographically dispersed colleagues.
- Strong customer service orientation, excellent judgment and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates self-awareness, cultural competency, and inclusivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
