About the Role
This opportunity is for students with a graduation date of April 2027 or later, focusing on Individual Insurance Operations. You will support Advisors and Clients with Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Guaranteed Savings, and Retirement products, ensuring accurate and timely tax reporting and calculations.
Responsibilities
- Learn complex tax rules and their application to products and procedures.
- Calculate policy tax values to meet requestor needs.
- Develop product and system knowledge to understand processing nuances.
- Deliver requests accurately and efficiently using attention to detail and time management.
- Leverage problem-solving skills to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Provide excellent service to delight Advisors and Clients.
