About the Role

Join NIKE, Inc. as an Athlete in our Value Store in Berlin Wustermark. We are looking for passionate individuals to shape the future of sport and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Utilize expertise in customer service and product knowledge to create a unique brand experience for shoppers.
• Support Leads and Coaches in training new employees.
• Assist in various store areas including checkout, inventory management, restocking sales floor, and setting up displays.
• Recommend products to customers to achieve sales targets.
• Leverage knowledge of digital devices to seamlessly connect online and offline sales and in-store services.
• Inform customers and new employees about NIKE products and services.
• Continuously expand knowledge through tools and training on new trends, developments, NIKE products, services, and culture.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for NIKE initiatives.

Requirements

• Passion for NIKE and/or love for sports.
• Retail experience is advantageous.
• Competence and enthusiasm for outstanding customer service.
• Good German and English language skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactivity, openness, motivation, and a passion for prioritizing customers.
• Willingness to work weekends and shifts.
