About the Role
Under the direct supervision of the Activities Director, this role is responsible for planning and implementing quality of life (life enrichment) activities programs, both individual and group, that meet the needs of all Woodridge residents. The role involves resolving problems and conflicts, and initiating tasks as they arise. Confidentiality is essential.

Requirements
- High School diploma with a minimum of one year experience in a healthcare environment or an Associate’s Degree and equivalent work experience in therapeutic discipline (music, art or recreation).
- Overall knowledge and understanding of the aging process.
- Knowledge and computer experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or related field.
