Responsibilities

Ability to independently troubleshoot and isolate issues from the perspective of OS, network, LDAP, and authentication during failures, rather than just operating.
OS log confirmation and analysis.
Service start/stop management.
Process confirmation.
Network connectivity confirmation.
SSL certificate confirmation.
DNS name resolution confirmation.
Initial troubleshooting of service failures.
Understanding of basic LDAP structure, DN, RDN, OU, Object Class, Attribute, and Search Filter.
Ability to interpret LDAP filters.
Ability to isolate potential failure points in IdP, SP, AD, or LDAP during authentication failures.
Confirmation of DNS resolution, port reachability, SSL handshake, and HTTP response during communication failures.

Requirements

Practical experience with Linux (SLES / RHEL系) or Windows Server.
Experience with Active Directory, eDirectory, OpenLDAP, Oracle Directory, or Red Hat Directory Server.
Practical experience or knowledge of SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, or LDAP authentication.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, Load Balancer, and Proxy.
