About the Role

Join Arden University as a Salesforce Functional Consultant to maximize the value of our Salesforce platform. You will work across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, shaping how Salesforce supports people, processes, and the student experience. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into solutions, and deliver configurations and enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Shape how Salesforce supports people, processes, and the student experience.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Deliver configuration and enhancements.
  • Improve processes and data quality.
  • Support users and drive adoption.
  • Continuously evolve the platform to meet changing needs.
  • Deliver user training.
  • Create clear system documentation.

Requirements

  • 3 years minimum Salesforce administration within a business environment.
  • Strong declarative configuration capabilities, including Flows, reports, dashboards, fields, layouts and automation.
  • Supporting Salesforce users within a service or operational environment.
  • Good understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence supporting and guiding non-technical users.
  • Experience working within Agile or service-delivery environments.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to system improvement and problem-solving.
