About the Role

Assist Red Bull in expanding product availability through conducting audits, capturing in-store insights, and supporting the implementation of changes to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily account audits to assess beverage situation, sales, and potential.
  • Capture insights on beverage availability, energy drink availability, distribution, product sourcing, pricing, and potential gaps.
  • Create a clear view of store operations to inform decisions and enhance performance.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on competitive threats and business opportunities.
  • Utilize audit tools to report on in-store metrics.
  • Identify alternative market routes for potential future distribution agreements.
  • Build strong relationships with new customers in assigned traditional and non-traditional outlets.
  • Enhance execution standards by prioritizing appropriate product assortment.
  • Perform field work including account visits, survey completion, follow-up appointments, and cold calls.
  • Tag assets using the PAT app.
  • Improve SKU availability, focusing on the Core 4.
  • Ensure competitive pricing using SRPs and EDLPs.
  • Enhance in-store execution and boost brand visibility.
  • Complete weekly calls, open new accounts, secure new points of distribution, and secure chilled availability.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial math.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

Salary/Compensations

  • $69,000 - $103,500 + cash incentives
