About the Role
We are seeking a Grill Chef who is passionate about fresh food and exceptional hospitality. You will be responsible for managing the grill section, ensuring high standards of kitchen operations, health & safety, and food quality. This role offers progression opportunities to Grill Master with a pay increase.
Responsibilities
- Running grill section
- Managing health & safety
- Meeting set KPI’s
- Assisting in developing junior members of the team
- Team responsibility for stock and COGS management
- Compliance
- Constant improvement to the service and restaurant’s performance
Requirements
- Believes in the power of great, fresh food and “old school” hospitality
- Takes responsibility to control a grill section, whether their Head Chef is on shift or not
- Works closely with your Head Chef, Sous Chef and the rest of the team
- Assists in making sure that kitchen standards, health & safety, and food quality are at the highest level
- Proves championing the grill section to be nominated for promotion to Grill Master

Salary/Compensations
- £13 - £18 per hour OTE (including service charge)
