About the Role
The Change Manager will plan and execute structured change management activities within large-scale transformation programs. This role focuses on embedding new ways of working and ensuring changes are adopted effectively and sustainably by affected individuals, collaborating closely with senior change leads, program teams, and business stakeholders. Our Change Managers are expected to have expertise in Change Management, with developing breadth in Organisational Design and AI.
Responsibilities
- Deliver structured change activity within large-scale transformation programs, including ERP transformation, digital service transformation, and regulatory/policy change.
- Plan and align change activity to program milestones, releases, and deployment waves.
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIA) across processes, roles, skills, and ways of working.
- Translate CIA outputs into actionable change interventions, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and targeted engagement actions.
- Maintain integrated change plans aligned to program delivery.
- Plan and execute knowledge transfer, including structured knowledge management and effective handover into Managed Services.
- Carry out stakeholder analysis, identifying impact, readiness, and key risks.
- Deliver targeted stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Establish and manage change networks (e.g., change champions, super users) to drive adoption and two-way engagement.
- Define and track change and adoption metrics to evidence readiness and sustained adoption.
- Link change outcomes to measurable benefits, including efficiency, productivity, and improved ways of working.
- Assess business processes to identify efficiencies and support benefits realization.
Requirements
- Experience delivering business change within large, multi-pillar transformation programmes (e.g., ERP), working effectively across multiple workstreams.
- Experience producing high-quality change artefacts, including impact assessments, change plans, and adoption reporting.
- Certified as a practitioner in a recognised change management framework (e.g., ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter, Lean Change Management).
- Comfortable using collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Miro and Lucid.
