About the Role
Support consultants in the implementation and development of PR concepts, and assist in planning, executing, and following up on various PR measures, including communication support.
Responsibilities
- Support consultants in the implementation and development of PR concepts.
- Assist in planning, executing, and following up on various PR measures, including communication support.
- Research and editorially prepare complex topics for various online and offline formats, and create presentations.
- Support and partially independently execute continuous projects such as issue monitoring and maintenance of customer-owned social media channels.
- Assist in ongoing telephone and written outreach and contact maintenance with key media in the daily press, consumer press, radio/TV, and online sectors.
- Contribute to concrete, economically and politically significant transformation projects.
- Assist in the communication support of industry projects.
- Support the conception, organization, and execution of various dialogue formats and events.
- Monitor and analyze social, media, and political developments and trends.
- Professional use of navos co-intelligence.
- Independently manage smaller sub-projects and ensure quality.
- Contribute to the communication support of industry projects.
Requirements
- Completed university degree.
- Initial practical experience in PR within companies/associations or in journalism is an advantage.
- Interest in communication concepts and press/media work.
- Enthusiasm for current trend topics and a feel for editorial requirements; cross-media thinking towards social media.
- Interest in transformation, technology, infrastructure, and politics.
- Initiative and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
- Hands-on mentality, teamwork, creativity, and flexibility.
- Communicative nature and a convincing, confident demeanor.
- Very good command of written and spoken language, as well as excellent German and English skills.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft 365 is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel; a driver's license class B would be beneficial.
- Comfortable using AI tools and identifying meaningful use cases to enhance quality and efficiency.
