About the Role
Own a portfolio of enterprise SEO clients end-to-end, managing relationships, renewals, and AI agents to focus on strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of AI tools and their application in client work.
Responsibilities
- Own your own book of enterprise SEO clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Manage client retention through relationship building and effective reporting.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop strategy based on data analysis and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
- Build and manage AI agents and workflows for account automation, including reporting, monitoring, and recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven success in owning and winning renewal conversations.
- Deep understanding of SEO, including technical, on-page, and algorithm shifts.
- Experience building solutions with AI tools like Claude Code.
- Proactive and self-directed work ethic.
- Ability to manage deadlines and ambiguity effectively.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude during challenging periods.
