About the Role

LinkGraph is seeking a driven individual to own client delivery end-to-end, from intake to final delivery. This role offers significant ownership and requires a fast-paced, high-standard approach, leveraging AI-native infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage client delivery for 5 to 10 core clients, including intake, scoping, building, testing, and shipping.
• Conduct client calls, assess requests, and own backlog prioritization.
• Perform frontend development using Next.js and Shopify, including building and testing.
• Develop and execute QA test plans, identifying and resolving issues before client discovery.
• Drive the WordPress migration to Next.js and Shopify while managing active client work.

• Ability to translate messy client calls into clear scopes of work.
• Preference for owning the entire outcome rather than handing off tasks.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing gaps without direct instruction.
• Comfort with deadlines and ambiguity.
• Proficiency in using AI tools daily.
• Clear communication skills, especially in unclear situations.
• Willingness to share opinions and contribute ideas.
• Resilience to handle chaotic weeks.
