About the Role

This dual-brand role across Clinique and Dr.Jart+ offers the opportunity to bring two leading skincare brands to life in Sephora. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you will support both brands during new product launches, retailer activations and key brand moments. Acting as an ambassador for Clinique and Dr.Jart+, you will create engaging in-store activity, drive excitement and elevate the consumer. Your mission: elevate the consumer experience through captivating on-counter theatre, exciting brand moments and expert skincare conversations.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional consumer experiences across Clinique and Dr.Jart+.
Generate excitement through launches, events and in-store activations.
Be a trusted skincare expert and confident brand ambassador.
Drive sales, engagement and customer loyalty through personalised consultations.
Combine creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.
Work as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events.
Ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.
