About the Role

As a Learning Technology Manager at Accenture, you will develop the design of end-to-end learning ecosystems considering AI and Agentic AI, integrate them into the talent and skill management landscape, and implement the latest learning technologies. You will leverage market-leading tools, AI applications, and the growing ecosystem of learning platforms, tools, and content within Accenture's global LearnVantage offering.

Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize existing learning ecosystems based on customer-specific requirements.
Advise on the selection of market-leading learning technologies, such as LMS, LXP, or Skill Platforms.
Design new learning ecosystems and processes within the company, and prepare for and execute functional implementation.
Incorporate AI and Agentic AI-supported use cases to increase efficiency and improve the learning experience.
Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams.
Contribute internally to the development of new professional offerings and the mentoring of junior talent.

Requirements

Expertise in the design and implementation of learning ecosystems and associated learning processes.
Proven experience in project acquisition and in dealing with experienced clients and business partners.
Comprehensive knowledge of market-leading learning technologies, e.g., LMS, LXP, DAP, Skill and Talent Management.
Sound knowledge of technology-supported learning formats.
Relevant experience in project management of nearshore and offshore teams.
Experience in applying AI and Agentic AI in the learning environment.
Leadership experience and the ability to lead international teams.
The flexibility and full mobility required for consulting.
Fluent German and English language skills.
