About the Role

This role involves carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks on plant equipment across three London campuses, providing technical support, and identifying opportunities for additional works.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
• Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
• Provide Further works reports where required
• Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
• Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management
• Collecting parts from supplier or head office where applicable
• Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday
• Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others
• Follow all health and safety guidance and instructions

Requirements

• Completed applicable apprenticeship and possess relevant AC and Refrigeration industry qualifications
• Up to date Safe Handling (2079)
• Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment
• A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry
• Proven technical knowledge of a wide spectrum of Air Conditioning systems and plant including VRF, VRVS, AHU’s, Cold-room's and Specialist Refrigeration
• Ability to develop and be part of a team
• Ability to manage own time, works and paperwork
• Capable of building long term relationships with clients both existing and prospective
• Positive attitude “can do will do”
• Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site
• Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / sales
• Provide technical support to administration staff as required
