About the Role
This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality people experience across Fever-Tree by providing end-to-end coordination and administration across the entire HR lifecycle, ensuring people processes run smoothly. It is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build a strong HR generalist foundation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with support for learning and development, including a CIPD qualification.
Responsibilities
- Support the People and Establishment team with administration and coordination across the entire HR lifecycle.
- Partner with hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment activity.
- Create and manage job adverts, collate job descriptions, interview bookings, candidate feedback, and assist managers with hiring administration.
- Help deliver a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
- Manage Fever-Tree’s learning management system, maintain learning modules, create internal content and assist in annual planning.
- Coordinate live trainings with our external training partners and maintain our training calendar.
- Coordinate contracts, onboarding, offboarding and employee changes.
- Partner with the IT and Finance team to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Partner with our bar business, supporting the General Managers at each site.
- Maintain Fever-Tree’s DEI calendar, coordinate and run events.
- Partner with Fever-Tree’s local charities and support progress within our wider ESG efforts.
- Help the office team as needed, including office event planning.
- Act as the first point of contact for maintaining and optimising our HR Information System (HRIS).
- Ensure employee data is accurate, up to date and maintained with a high level of attention to detail.
- Support process improvements, workflow enhancements and opportunities to automate administrative tasks.
- Take ownership of the intranet, working with our communications team to ensure internal posts are maintained and relevant.
- Maintain and update the staff handbooks, key policies and communicate changes with employees.
Requirements
- Graduated with a 2:1 or above, with clear evidence of achievement in past work or academic experience.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- A high level of verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literacy (ability to learn new systems quickly).
- Approachable, professional and ‘can-do’ attitude when assisting managers and employees.
- Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment where demands change quickly.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback and develop a career in HR.
