About the Role

Shape sustainable supply chains! Are you interested in sustainability, ESG topics, and responsible procurement? Do you want to gain practical experience during your studies and gain insights into an international procurement environment? Then become part of our team as a working student (m/f/d) Source-to-Pay Risk & Sustainability (m/f/d). In this role, you will support various initiatives related to sustainability, supplier risks, and due diligence processes, gaining valuable insights into international procurement practices. The position is limited to 12 months and includes approximately 20 hours per week during the semester. During semester breaks, working hours can be increased to up to 38 hours per week by arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Support with supplier risk and sustainability assessments
  • Participate in due diligence and ESG-related processes
  • Support in maintaining dashboards, reports, and documentation
  • Analyze and prepare sustainability and risk data
  • Participate in projects for the further development of sustainable procurement processes
  • Collaborate with international teams from Procurement, Sustainability, Compliance, and other specialist departments
  • Create and revise presentations and training materials
  • Support internal communication and reporting activities

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Sustainability Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Law, or a comparable course of study
  • Still have at least two semesters of study ahead
  • Reside in Berlin, Brandenburg, or the surrounding area and be able to work on-site regularly
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interest in sustainability, ESG, procurement, or supply chain topics
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • High willingness to learn combined with analytical thinking skills
  • Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
