About the Role
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sr Talent Acquisition professional to join the London Stock Exchange Group, partnering with businesses to attract the very best talent. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to establish sourcing and attraction strategies, building proactive talent pipelines, and promoting the LSEG employment brand. You will gain exposure to hiring trends, technology, and market intelligence globally.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting high-calibre talent to LSEG
- Partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and maintain communication
- Ensuring standardization of hiring processes and procedures
- Ensuring quality of candidate and hiring manager experience
- Developing and maintaining diverse talent pipelines
- Developing and implementing innovative sourcing and candidate management solutions
- Partnering closely with the central sourcing team on market mapping and intelligence
- Implementing an internet and social media strategy campaign
- Ensuring regular reporting of recruiting metrics
- Ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting on Workday
- Ensuring a high-quality approach to job descriptions and adverts
- Partnering with all divisions to leverage relationships
- Providing strategic market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor activity, and salaries
- Advocating for Inclusive Hiring practices
- Participating in and owning ad-hoc TA projects
Requirements
- Significant experience as a talent acquisition specialist within a global organization, preferably financial services
- Proven track record of direct sourcing using ATS platforms and external sources
- Ability to build strong partnerships based on trust, advice, and delivery
- Strong business acumen with a commercial/pragmatic approach
- Understanding of cultural differences and their impact on business dynamics
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Ability to collaborate and work across a large, diverse, and matrixed organization
- Ability to handle ambiguous and fluid situations
- Innovative and creative thinking
- Ability to build strong credibility with business leaders
- Effective consulting skills in setting recruiting expectations and evaluating candidates
