About the Role
Join Bright Horizons Hounslow Day Nursery and Preschool as an Early Years Teacher, contributing to the next generation's development. This role is crucial in planning and delivering exceptional care and learning opportunities, ensuring children meet their individual needs within a stimulating environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care.
- Help all children develop and meet their individual needs.
- Make accurate and effective assessments reflecting children's needs, interests, and stages.
- Ensure indoor and outdoor environments are consistently stimulating and inspiring.
Requirements
- Hold either Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers.
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both colleagues and parents.
- All roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS.
