About the Role

This role is responsible for the comprehensive management of site-wide comfort air and HVAC programs, including the oversight of maintenance plans for all air handling systems and the administration of the Building Automation Tempset program. The position owns critical infrastructure scopes, specifically focusing on iEMS exhaust balance for Fab and GCS tools, while managing the iEES database for critical facility sensors to ensure maximum operational stability.

Responsibilities

  • Own the comfort air program for the site.
  • Maintain and upkeep the Maintenance plans for all Air Handling systems.
  • Maintain and own the Tempset Program for Building Automation systems.
  • Own the mission critical Exhaust balance scope for all of site iEMS.
  • Maintain the upkeep for maintenance plans and exhaust balance requests for Fab tool and GCS tools.
  • Own the iEES database for FS critical sensors.

Requirements

  • Manages projects with mid-scale capital investments.
  • Completes improvement projects that reduce cost and/or improve quality.
  • Works on projects with intermediate scope, has several undefined components, has some impact outside the immediate area of the project’s focus and has a few interdependencies.
  • Communicates information to senior leadership within the department through presentations.
  • This role may require access to information subject to U.S. export control laws. Applicants must be authorized to access such information or eligible for government authorization.

Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of SAS systems
  • Intermediate understanding of factory automation and engineering principles
  • Proficient in data analysis
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments
  • Ability to deliver technical presentations to senior leadership
