About the Role

This role supports the accurate management of product, sales, and circulation information within the International team, offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience in reporting, commercial support, and international publishing operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product information and schedules within business systems.
• Manage and update large volumes of data accurately.
• Produce regular reports for internal teams and publishing clients.
• Support the administration of international circulation and sales reporting.
• Respond to publisher and partner enquiries professionally.
• Manage shared inboxes, including barcode and product related queries.
• Assist with reporting packs, presentations, and commercial documents.
• Extract and compile data from various systems and external sources.
• Support colleagues by ensuring information is accurate and available.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of processes.
• Interest in data, reporting, and commercial business operations.
• Positive, team-focused attitude.
