About the Role
The Development Manager will support the Development Director in expanding the company's portfolio of large format signs and IKE kiosks across Texas. This role involves securing deals with property owners and institutions, obtaining permits, and fostering strong relationships. Responsibilities
- Identify sites for IKE kiosk placement based on siting criteria.
- Engage with property owners and present collaboration opportunities.
- Serve as the primary contact for city partners regarding the IKE business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with city staff for timely permit release.
- Cultivate key relationships with quasi-government institutions for project implementation.
- Drive projects forward through cross-functional communication.
- Propose creative solutions for complex regulatory environments.
- Track lease agreement expirations and initiate renewal negotiations.
- Develop and assist in delivering presentation materials for pitches.
- Manage communications with property owners and regulators to fulfill contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to forecast new asset live dates and prepare materials.
- Collaborate with the Operations Department to ensure timely construction and launch of new assets.
- Strengthen relationships with landlords and partners through proactive communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Minimum of two years of work experience, preferably in real estate/finance, public policy, or law.
- Eagerness to learn about the out-of-home advertising industry is essential.
