About the Role
Leads enterprise transformations by architecting scalable, AI-native visual production pipelines across 3D asset generation, motion design, and generative AI architectures. Sets production engineering standards and navigates technical diplomacy across executive marketing, IT, and creative leadership.
Responsibilities
- Architect enterprise visual automation systems connecting 3D DCC environments, motion graphics renderers, generative APIs (Adobe Firefly Services), and client DAM platforms
- Establish technical standards for local GPU compute vs. cloud API load balancing, render token efficiency, and failover architecture across global rollouts
- Serve as the senior technical lead and creative diplomat in client engagements, building trust with skeptical Executive Creative Directors and lead 3D artists
- Drive adoption of modern pipeline paradigms, including MCP-driven agentic workflows, custom node-graph architectures, and automated render pipelines
Requirements
- 8+ years in Creative Technology, 3D Pipeline Engineering, or Visual R&D leadership
- Track record of architecting scriptable 3D and motion pipelines (Python, USD/glTF, Blender, After Effects)
- Expertise in enterprise generative architectures, hybrid render infrastructures (on-prem GPU vs. cloud API), and enterprise DAM integrations
- Superior executive presence and technical diplomacy skills
