About the Role
BGBx Consulting | Hayden is recruiting Associates to start on August 3, 2027. Associates are problem solvers and critical thinkers focused on pricing, reimbursement, patient support services, and strategic issues shaping patient access to innovative therapies. The role involves investigating data, conducting research, and translating analyses into insights for clients in the life sciences industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses using SQL, Excel, and secondary research.
- Support primary market research, including discussion guide development, data collection, and synthesis of findings.
- Leverage BGBx Consulting | Hayden tools, methodologies, and templates to produce accurate, high-quality analyses.
- Synthesize research and analytical outputs into clear insights aligned with project hypotheses and client objectives.
- Identify trends, implications, and business opportunities through structured analysis.
- Build knowledge of the life sciences, biopharma, and market access landscape.
- Develop clear, polished, and quality-checked client presentations and other external deliverables.
- Create supporting internal materials, including workbooks, slide outlines, trackers, and other project documentation.
- Incorporate feedback to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of work products.
- Deliver assigned workstreams on time while balancing priorities across multiple projects.
- Perform thorough quality control of analyses and deliverables prior to submission.
- Communicate progress proactively and escalate risks or challenges as appropriate.
- Present findings and analytical conclusions clearly in internal meetings.
- Communicate effectively with project teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Contribute actively to team discussions by asking thoughtful questions and sharing insights.
- Build positive working relationships across project teams.
- Take ownership of professional development by seeking, applying, and acting on feedback.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment and support established team ways of working.
- Assist with recruiting efforts.
- Participate and contribute ideas through internal committees (DEI&A, Social, Service and Women's Leadership Alliance).
Requirements
- Candidates/employees must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ability to travel as needed (0-10% on average).
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (Tues/Wed/Thurs in office | Mon/Fri remote).
