About the Role
ARCO is seeking a highly motivated College Superintendent Intern/Co-op who is passionate about the construction process to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to assist Superintendents with hands-on experience on diverse projects and learn essential skills for managing a construction project from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Assist Superintendents with jobsite visits and gain hands-on experience from expert field personnel.
- Learn skills such as creating schedules, communicating with subcontractors, and managing project flow.
- Perform critical tasks in every stage of the project life cycle.
- Work with the Superintendent on the job.
Requirements
- Minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0 out of 4.0.
- Currently enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related degree programs.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Open to travel.
