About the Role

This role is responsible for gathering market and customer insights, designing and implementing product and procedure-specific marketing strategies and tactics to support the achievement of Business Plans for the Knee Portfolio. You will develop and execute key engagement strategies, customer solution platforms, and pricing and contracting strategies. Additionally, you will ensure supply continuity through inventory planning via the S&OP process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies to increase unit growth, profitability, and market share.
- Engage with customers to inform strategies, drive growth, optimize portfolio shift, and manage New Product Introductions.
- Manage dynamic forecasts for the product portfolio by reviewing sales trends and market issues.
- Develop internal processes with account teams to ensure availability of relevant marketing strategies and technical product support.
- Work with the Professional Education team to execute key activities aligned with Knee and VELYS Strategy.
- Contribute to compliance with corporate and regulatory standards, managing the business within Credo and ethical standards.
- Display behavior that reflects J&J Business Conduct Standards.
- Visibly support and coach company policies on Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Contribute to achieving company health and safety goals through development and coaching on driving behavior, compliance, and safety awareness.
- Lead by example in all responsibilities.
- Drive sustained business growth of the knee portfolio in Australia.
- Achieve market-leading growth for the knee portfolio.
- Communicate regularly with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders from healthcare settings, groups, and other commercial organizations.
- Manage investment with MM, GMM, BULs, and DPS finance lead.
