About the Role

Drive clinic success, mentor a dynamic team, and enjoy rewarding growth opportunities in a supportive environment where your leadership and ambition are celebrated. This unique position allows you to make a meaningful impact across multiple clinics in the London City Region, supporting White City, Parsons Green, Bishopsgate, Belgravia, Victoria, St Paul's, and Tower Bridge. You will help each location deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales, and uphold high standards of care.

Responsibilities

Ensure all team members deliver exceptional, 5-star client service.
Lead and inspire teams across multiple clinics, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Ensure every clinic delivers outstanding client experiences while achieving commercial and operational goals.
Complete regional reporting on operations and commercial targets.
Manage employee relations including probation, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
Oversee staff rostering and annual leave management across clinics.
Undertake ad hoc duties and projects to support the business.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, sales, and client satisfaction at each clinic.

Requirements

Proven management or supervision experience, ideally in a multi-site or operational role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience mentoring and developing teams.
Excellent customer service and management skills.
An eye for driving sales and seeking out new commercial opportunities.
