About the Role
Thérapie Clinic is seeking a Client Experience and Sales Specialist for our Canary Wharf location to drive client satisfaction, meet revenue goals, and ensure an exceptional service journey. You will play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture while supporting clinic operations and sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client service from initial contact through follow-up
- Manage online reviews and resolve client complaints efficiently
- Optimize clinic efficiency through effective diary and booking management
- Maintain accurate stock records and handle AWI deductions
- Drive consultation conversions through effective upselling and cross-selling
- Meet KPIs related to consultation success, walk-in conversions, and average spend
- Facilitate a seamless check-in and check-out experience for clients
- Promote skin consultations and identify upsell opportunities
- Monitor AWI stock levels and maintain clinical room standards
- Conduct client retention calls
Requirements
- Qualified Beauty Therapist
- Proven experience in client experience management, customer service, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
