About the Role

El Siete is a new 60-cover lounge in Soho, London, inspired by a cult Mexico City nightclub. The bar program focuses on agave spirits, offering a curated selection of margaritas, mezcals, tequilas, and innovative cocktails. We are seeking a Bartender to join our team and contribute to a warm, fun, and bewitching night out.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high-quality drinks with attention to balance, technique, and presentation.
• Work to spec while bringing care and personality to every serve.
• Communicate menu knowledge, ingredients, and allergens to guests with ease.
• Create a great atmosphere at the bar with a warm, friendly approach.
• Follow opening and closing procedures accurately and consistently.
• Adhere to all Food Safety and hygiene standards.
• Work collaboratively with a strong team ethic and respect for colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience working as a bartender in a quality, cocktail-focused bar environment.
• Excellent knowledge of agave spirits, with a genuine passion for margaritas, mezcal, tequila, and seasonal cocktails.
• Good knowledge of menus, ingredients, and allergens.
• Strong command of the English language and clear communication during service.
• A passion for the hospitality industry and your own career development.
